The replica-based pattern isolates laboratory operations from reporting load while creating one governed source for deliverables, dashboards, analytics, assistance, and billing capture.
The laboratory's system of record remains authoritative and is treated as a read-only source.

Three structurally different electronic deliverables are compiled from one source, with the quality-control, detection-limit, normalization, and naming rules that determine whether a receiving system accepts the file.
Cursor-based replication keeps reporting and analytics off the production system while preserving the LIMS as the authoritative source. Targeted refreshes keep time-sensitive work current.
Generated workbooks and delimited files are compared with known-good outputs so changes can be checked at the cell and field level before they reach staff or external recipients.
